Our six month people leadership program supports new people managers by giving them the competencies, confidence, tools, and community support needed to help them lead equitably, sustainably, and intentionally. The program leans on The Management Center's "Management in a Changing World" curriculum and toolsets to provide participants with research-backed knowledge and skills, designed for non-profit and youth empowerment organizations.
