This credential recognizes successful participation in the MasteringGM® “Harbors of the Future: Global Mobility Value in a New Era” workshop, held at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. The training brought together senior Global Mobility professionals to explore how the function is evolving from operational execution to strategic business enabler. Through a series of highly interactive and practice-driven exercises, participants developed their own forward-looking Global Mobility scenarios for 2030, translated emerging trends into measurable business impact, and defined the future strategic role of Mobility within their organizations. Key areas of focus included linking Mobility to business value and ROI, increasing decision speed and organizational impact, strengthening stakeholder alignment, and rethinking Mobility as part of broader global workforce strategy. Participants created a structured “Future-Ready Global Mobility Playbook” and a clearer narrative on how to position Mobility as a driver of talent, growth, and business performance.
