Earners of the LEADx Certified EQ Facilitator badge are officially certified to facilitate the LEADx New Emotional Intelligence™ program. Earners participate in a comprehensive workshop with a LEADx expert facilitator (10 hours over multiple days). By the end of the facilitation process, participants have demonstrated mastery of EQ concepts and the LEADx New Emotional Intelligence Test™. They have also practiced and prepared to deliver the LEADx New Emotional Intelligence™ workshop to others.
