Forward 48 participants completed 22+ hours of professional development focused on leadership and civic engagement. Each participant completed six sessions featuring lessons from regional industry leaders from a variety of professional fields. They connected with a diverse network of peers to apply the lessons to real-world community and personal challenges. As alumni, they continue learning and relationship building through post-program events and networking.
