Awarded for serving as a volunteer judge in a teen business plan competition, and earning VIP status for making a contribution to the host charity. Judges completed a training on how to evaluate written business plans, utilize the judging rubric, how to provide structured feedback to high school entrepreneurs and participants, and how to use the competition judging porta.. Through this experience, judges eveloped skills in business analysis, youth mentorship, constructive feedback delivery, and inclusive evaluation. Their contributions supported real-world learning for student-led ventures and helped prepare the next generation of changemakers.

Recipients must demonstrate a professional background through their LinkedIn profile, and have established residency in the United States. To qualify, individuals must successfully complete Project ECHO's volunteer screening and background check process, complete judge training, and evaluate assigned student business plans using the official competition rubric. VIP status is awarded to judges who also make a charitable contribution in support of Project ECHO's youth entrepreneurship programs.
