The Reshapers AI Immersion Day is a full-day, hands-on certification experience designed to permanently shift how a team works. Participants spend the day building real work outputs with Claude AI, guided by live demonstrations, structured prompting practice, and an individual build challenge. The day covers how Claude thinks, how to prompt effectively, how to use Projects, Memory, Artifacts, Cowork, and Claude Code, and how to build and contribute skills to a shared team library. Participants leave with at least one finished artifact, a certified competency in AI-first working, and a personal commitment to one changed work habit starting the next day.
