This badge certifies that the recipient has successfully completed and graduated from Leadership Geauga's Signature Adult Program, Class of 2024. Participants applied and were selected to join the program, where they underwent a DiSC assessment to gain a deeper understanding of their personal leadership style and those on teams, whether personally or professionally. During the program, the class traveled 381 miles, engaged with 134 community leaders, and visited or heard from 69 organizations. As a result, all graduates have become well-informed advocates for Geauga County.
