Description

The Valve Hydraulic Test Bench Operator Training equips technicians with the technical expertise to operate YFJ-L (Vertical) and YFJ-H (Horizontal) series testing equipment. The course covers the full testing lifecycle—from proper valve clamping and medium selection to executing high-pressure strength and sealing tests in strict accordance with API 598 and GB/T 13927 standards. Participants gain hands-on skills in hydraulic system management, pressure regulation, and equipment maintenance to ensure accurate and safe valve verification.

Skills

Machine Setup: Proficiency in leveling equipment, connecting air/power sources, and selecting appropriate hydraulic oil (N32#-46#)

Clamping Mastery: Ability to operate both Claw-type (YFJ-L) mechanisms for flange valves and Double-cylinder (YFJ-H) mechanisms for flanged/flangeless valves

Pressure Control: Competency in adjusting oil pump pressure (0-63 bar) and booster cylinder pressure (50-280 bar) to meet specific valve test requirements

Test Procedures: Execution of strength and sealing performance tests using water, gas, or kerosene media with proper rust inhibition

Safety Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols, including using electric contact pressure gauges for automatic stops and ensuring pressure is exhausted before releasing clamps

Troubleshooting: Skill in diagnosing common faults such as cylinder vibration, pressure holding failures, and solenoid valve malfunctions

Maintenance: Performing daily and periodic maintenance, including oil filtration, O-ring replacement, and cleaning of hydraulic components
