The Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram enables you to do two things: Look within yourself and moderate your impact on others. First, you learn the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE) profiling system. You use this system to unpack the layers of your personality - including your unconscious cognitive biases, intentions, behavioural tendencies and emotional triggers. You’ll learn the WHY driving your behaviours, decisions and emotions—including the times when you behaved out of your usual character. Then you learn to shift your unhelpful patterns using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and begin to re-wire the limitations in your inner programming, so that you can communicate with positive impact. The NLE is a powerful profiling system that makes working with different personalities clear and predictable.
