Girls Who Code's Leadership Academy is a semester-long program that invites college students to come together in small cohorts to build a Give Back project leveraging their technical and leadership skills. All participants also participate in regular cohort meetings and attend additional GWC events like Hiring Summit, GWC Talks, and Technical Interview Prep bootcamps.
