Participants in this training program engaged in an intensive learning journey, including expert-led workshops, interactive group sessions, and hands-on activities. To earn their certificates, recipients demonstrated full attendance (4-6/6 sessions), actively participated in discussions, and provided valuable feedback through final surveys. The program was designed to enhance skills in key areas like safeguarding, strategy, fundraising, financial management, communications, MEL, and organizational capacity. Recipients have gained actionable tools and insights to strengthen their nonprofits’ impact and sustainability, making them well-equipped to drive positive change in their communities. Training courses are offered FREE to non-profits that are partners of the Segal Family Foundation.
