Recipients earned the Certified CultureJourney® Practitioner (CJP) credential by completing the CultureJourney® Practitioner certification program, designed to develop professionals who lead or support culture transformation and steward the CultureJourney® framework. The program includes a two-day, in-person kickoff followed by a nine-month learning experience with cohort sessions, required reflection forms, and applied learning. To earn certification, participants must complete 100% of required reflection forms and pass a knowledge assessment at the conclusion of the program with a minimum score of 85%.
