Description

Level Up is a 200-hour Facilitation & Leadership training. It is a rigorous, Integrally informed developmental training designed to cultivate relational leadership, self-awareness, interpersonal and transpersonal awareness, and facilitation mastery. Through personalized coaching, supervised facilitation, leadership feedback, and intense relational practice, graduates develop greater presence, emotional intelligence, authenticity, and discernment in professional and personal contexts. Grounded in "Wake Up, Show Up, Clean Up, and Grow Up", the program supports participants to deepen self-awareness, transform unconscious patterns, mature their leadership, and cultivate authentic, life-giving relationships. Rather than simply teaching leadership techniques, Level Up develops the capacities to navigate complexity, foster trust, and create meaningful transformation in individuals, teams, and communities. Skills demonstrated: Relateful Facilitation — Facilitating transformational one-to-one and group processes, cultivating collective awareness, psychological safety, and authentic connection. Relational Presence & Meta-Awareness (Wake Up) — Sustaining presence, recognizing and communicating meta-awareness, integrating body, emotion, intuition, and awareness, and responding consciously rather than reactively. Leadership Maturity & Adaptive Leadership (Grow Up) — Leading through uncertainty and complexity with humility, discernment, self-authorship, and continuous learning, informed by Integral Theory and adult developmental psychology. Shadow Integration & Self-Reflection (Clean Up) — Identifying blind spots, projections, and conditioned patterns; engaging feedback openly; and transforming discomfort into opportunities for growth. Compassionate Leadership & Authentic Connection (Show Up) — Building trust through empathy, honesty, courageous communication, and environments where others feel safe to be genuine and engaged. Emotional Agility & Embodied Awareness — Regulating reactivity, remaining grounded under pressure, and drawing on embodied awareness and intuition in leadership. Relational Discernment & Group Awareness — Reading interpersonal and group dynamics, sensing collective patterns, and facilitating conversations that deepen insight, collaboration, and shared understanding. Boundaries & Transformational Holding — Maintaining clear, compassionate boundaries while creating conditions for learning, accountability, and growth.
