Our Singapore Leadership Programme (OSLP) 2026, is the National Youth Council Singapore's flagship leadership development programme, specifically curated with the intention of building up national perspectives of Singaporean young working adults, and to develop them into more effective leaders as Singapore enters the next phase of its growth. Through dialogues with senior leaders, interactive workshops, and learning journeys, participants gain a deeper understanding of Singapore's national priorities, policy considerations and challenges, while building networks with like-minded individuals to drive positive change in the community.
