This workshop introduced participants to advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for chatbot development. Participants explored various strategies to improve RAG performance and learned how to build graph-based retrieval systems using Neo4j. The session also covered practical evaluation methods, allowing participants to benchmark different RAG pipelines using tools such as RAGLens. By the end of the workshop, participants gained hands-on experience in designing, analyzing, and improving RAG-based chatbot systems
