The holder of this badge successfully completed the Fairfield Dolan Experiential Learning Program gaining experience with professional assignments and interactions and developing critical thinking and business communication skills. To complete the program, they have participated in at least two field experiences such as an internship, community volunteering, or on-campus club leadership. They have also submitted a 3-5 minutes Reflection Video for each completed activity. This reflective exercise is designed to help thoughtfully connect experiences to personal growth—academically, professionally, and personally—in alignment with the Jesuit tradition of educating the whole person.
