The holder of this certificate completed an 8-hour series of professional development workshops in Wellbeing Education. The series was based on the established and validated PERMAH model of wellbeing. It explored evidence-based tactics to enhance teacher wellbeing and effectiveness and culminated in the submission of a written capstone report summarising a unique micro-experiment.
