Is able to develop and implement BIM standards within an organization, including folder structures, Revit templates, family libraries, shared parameters, and modeling guidelines.
Has knowledge of BIM maturity levels and model Levels of Detail and Information (LOD/LOI) and can adapt them to the project stage and the requirements of BEP, MIDP, and MPDT.
Is able to perform Revit model audits, both manual and automated, ensuring model quality, consistency, and performance.
Is capable of coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models, managing shared coordinates, and ensuring data consistency across project teams.
Can prepare models for coordination in Autodesk Navisworks and carry out clash detection, including clash classification and reporting.
Is able to organize and facilitate BIM coordination meetings, manage design issues, and monitor project progress and model changes.
Has working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and can manage project documentation in a Common Data Environment (CDE), including version control, reviews, and formal data deliveries.
Is able to collaborate on cloud-based Revit models, publish models, track design changes, and support project teams working on shared data.
Can prepare BIM models for construction and site use, including IFC export, construction reporting, site supervision support, and quantity take-offs.
