Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Recognize situations where Lagging Thinking Skills can lead to Undesired Behaviors.
- Tell the difference between the three options in the Collaborative Problem Solving approach to respond to challenging situations.
- Identify how using the Collaborative Problem Solving approach can lead to better, more positive interactions.
