This certificate confirms that the holder has earned the title of Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, issued by Open Horizon Consulting Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. (Poznań, Poland), in accordance with the international standards ISO 18404:2015 and ISO 13053:2011.
The Certified Green Belt credential is awarded to individuals who, beyond completing the training program and passing the final knowledge exam, have demonstrated the ability to apply Lean Six Sigma tools in practice by independently leading a real business improvement project through the full DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
The project was carried out using tools and techniques appropriate to the specific business problem, selected from those covered in the Green Belt training program (e.g. process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, FMEA, implementation planning, standardization, error-proofing, or control charts).
To obtain this certification, the candidate has:
- Passed the final knowledge exam (75 questions, minimum 45 points / 60%)
- Independently led a real business improvement project within their organization, applying the DMAIC methodology through the Control phase
- Submitted the project documentation for verification and review by Open Horizon Consulting
This certificate is internationally recognized and confirms both theoretical knowledge and hands-on, project-based competence in Lean Six Sigma at the Green Belt level.
