The holder of this certificate has successfully completed a Sixteen (16) hour intensive financial modeling boot camp. The holder successfully built, integrated, and balanced a three-statement model. After successfully building the working three-statement model, the certificate holder developed a discounted cash flow "DCF" model to establish a total enterprise value "TEV" and constructed an "equity bridge" to arrive at an intrinsic share value. The certificate holder further analyzed the model output to the sensitivity of the terminal EBITDA multiple and the weighted average cost of capital "WACC".
