RedThread Research's Skills Strategy Workshop was a 5-week virtual experience designed to help teams take the first critical step toward a clear, actionable skills strategy. Through live sessions, hands-on exercises, readings, peer discussions, and team-based work between sessions, participants explored how to align skills with business priorities, engage stakeholders, and make informed choices about data, architecture, and technology. The workshop concluded with Capstone presentations summarizing each team’s key decisions and next steps.
