The workshop is designed to help participants:
· Differentiate between projects and operations
· Apply the project management mindset of “define, then deliver”
· Create a one-page work breakdown structure (WBS) to present the in-scope deliverables of a project
· Understand how to use the WBS as the foundation for a deliverable-based Gantt chart schedule
· Understand how to use a WBS, Gantt chart, Tracking Sheet, and Status Reports to manage and control a project during the implementation phase
· Recognize additional project management tools and processes that could benefit projects
