The Gold Standard UPRT Mastery Qualification (Jet Operations) is an elite recognition within the APS Every Pilot In Control UPRT Mastery Program, awarded to pilots who have excelled in an integrated APS-designed-and-delivered Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) program, combining both on-aircraft (piston and jet) training and advanced class-specific simulation. This prestigious achievement, granted by Aviation Performance Solutions (APS), represents advanced skills in managing flight dynamics, effective mitigation of incapacitating human factors to include startle and surprise, solving complex airplane upsets, applying high altitude handling skills, enhanced aeronautical decision making (ADM), expanded threat and error management (TEM), flight path management (FPM), and improved aircraft control.
