Project Module 0 includes an overall introduction to work in projects at MAN ES Denmark. The course is in order to align perception, metrics and of creating values in projects as a project participant.

With this course, it is possible to contribute on the five (5) key elements of projects;

Set of objectives – breaking down goals into deliverables

Stakeholder – importance of stakeholders

Triple constraint – importance of prioritization

Risks in projects – What is risk and mitigation

Milestone planning – How to create a project plan

Furthermore, the participant knows how to interact with the project manager and understand projects roles, responsibilities and why we do projects in the context of participating in projects.
