This continuing education session, “Cultural Considerations in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA),” provides participants with an introduction to the importance of cultural considerations in behavior-analytic practice. The session focuses on understanding how cultural values, beliefs, communication styles, family contexts, and individual differences may influence assessment, intervention planning, implementation, and professional decision-making. Participants will develop greater awareness of culturally responsive and respectful practices when providing ABA services.
