The Relateful Coaching Training is an intensive four month coaching practicum. The program develops the capacity to coach from Relational Presence, integrating deep presence, developmental discernment, embodied awareness, and practical coaching methodology. Through immersive practice, supervised and peer coaching, live demonstrations, and reflective self-development, graduates learn to guide clients with clarity, compassion, confidence, and wisdom. Drawing on thousands of hours of coaching and facilitation, Integral Theory, adult developmental psychology, and Philosophical Counseling, the training develops coaches who can navigate complexity, support authentic growth, and empower clients to strengthen awareness, discernment, and conscious choice. It develops both professional coaching competence and the coach's own presence, leadership, and way of being. Transformational Coaching & Developmental Conversations — Revealing assumptions, expanding perspective, strengthening discernment, and supporting intentional, values-aligned choices. Presence-Based Discernment — Recognizing presence, identity commitments, habitual patterns, and developmental edges to meet clients with precision and appropriate challenge. Deep Listening & Relational Attunement — Using deep listening, emotional attunement, pacing, and relational sensitivity to build trust and support deeper wisdom. Embodied Awareness & Emotional Integration — Integrating somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, intuition, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence. Advanced Inquiry & Transformational Dialogue — Using Socratic inquiry, dialectical thinking, reframing, developmental mapping, and skillful questioning to facilitate perspective shifts and conscious choice.
