The Mindset Based Ambassador (MBA) Certificate recognizes educators and leaders who have attended Mindsets University and are prepared to champion mindset-based learning as a catalyst for stronger culture, connection, and student success. MBA Certificate earners have demonstrated a deep understanding of the 7 Mindsets, the ability to model them in daily practice, and the capacity to equip others with a shared language that builds belonging, resilience, and purpose across the school community.
