A Business Continuity and Resiliency (BCR) program is an ongoing project that encompasses all critical areas of an organization. The overall BCR project includes various internal projects, such as risk management, business impact analysis, resiliency strategy development, and plan development. Effectively managing the BCR program and its internal projects requires a combination of in-depth knowledge and experience in both BCR and project management disciplines. The RPMP designation is awarded in recognition of the knowledge and expertise possessed by the holder to manage projects across the organization and within BCR programs.
