The Peak Leadership program is an award-winning experiential learning program run by the BCIT Student Association (BCITSA) in partnership with BCIT. Sponsored by the George Murray Tidball – Keg Restaurants Leadership Program fund, it provides students and recent alumni the opportunity to develop professional skills and practical leadership experience. As an experiential learning program, participants gain first-hand experience through leadership workshops, practical leadership challenges, and self-discovery.
