# Emerging Leader Lab The **Emerging Leader Lab** is a practical leadership development experience designed to help emerging leaders build the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to lead effectively in today’s workplace. Delivered in partnership with **Elissa Zylbershlag of Work Wise Labs**, this highly interactive program focuses on real-world application across **three in-person sessions**. Participants will strengthen communication and relationship-building, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and learn how to lead through change with adaptability and resilience. Each session is designed to build self-awareness, trust, credibility, and more intentional decision-making. By the end of the program, participants leave with clear tools, stronger self-awareness, and greater confidence to lead with **clarity, purpose, and resilience**.
