This is to confirm that the following senior management staff of Save the Children (SCI) Afghanistan have successfully completed the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Preparation Training delivered by the Afghanistan Project Management Center (APMC), an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The course was conducted from 6 August 2025 to 3 December 2025 in the SCI Kabul Office through a hybrid format combining online and in-person sessions and included 50 contact hours of instructor-led training. The program followed PMI’s official PMP® curriculum and covered the three domains: People, Process, and Business Environment. It emphasized predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches, as well as stakeholder engagement, leadership, communication, scheduling, risk management, ethical responsibility, and project delivery practices. Participants also had the opportunity to practically apply PMI concepts in real SCI projects to strengthen their hands-on understanding and performance. Participants of the SCI senior management batch include: Zolaikha Kaihan, Sayed Edris Hashimi, Matiullah Shinwary, Amina Haidari, Arzoo Amiri, Sayed Jawad Mahmoody, Sayed Mahmood Pacha Shams, Ahmad Farid Darzabi, Sayed Abdul Hadi Sadat, Khatera Abqari, Shazia Sayed, Mohammad Naser Bromand, Najibullah Wahdat, Parwiz Hakamy, Mohammad Rahim Danish, and Naqeebullah Khawreen. The training was delivered by Mahdi Gowhari, President of APMC, and Abdul Mutalib Walizada, an Authorized PMI Trainer. The training program was funded by SCI Afghanistan and supervised by the L&D Department under the oversight of Hasibullah Khpalwak, Aminuddeen Walizada, and Faridullah Mushfiq.
