The Fearless Leadership Programme is a leadership development programme created by Fearless Women for members of the Women’s Sport Collective. Delivered between April and July 2026, the pilot brought together 250 women working across sport to develop the confidence, skills and connections needed to lead with authenticity and impact. The programme aims to strengthen leadership pathways for women across the sporting sector, helping to create a more diverse and inclusive sporting system. It is designed to support women at all stages of their careers, with a particular focus on increasing access to leadership development for those from underrepresented groups and those who may not previously have had opportunities of this kind. Participants completed four interactive leadership workshops facilitated by Leadership Coach and Certified Master Trainer Chloe Walton, covering: * Establishing Your Values * Authentic Leadership Styles * Leading with Confidence and Resilience * Courageous Communication Alongside the live sessions, participants engaged in a peer support community, accessed curated learning resources and committed to applying their learning in their workplaces, clubs and communities. Skills demonstrated * Values-led leadership * Authentic leadership * Self-awareness * Leadership confidence * Emotional resilience * Courageous communication * Inclusive leadership * Influencing and relationship building * Reflective practice * Personal and professional development This credential recognises successful completion of the 2026 Fearless Leadership Programme and a commitment to leading with confidence, authenticity and purpose within sport.
