Teacher Leader Cohort is a city-wide program focused on developing exceptional leaders who are still in the classroom. Our program focused on: -identifying and embracing core values and strengthening self- and social-awareness -leading their teams to ambitious goals -facilitating impactful team meetings and included: -Seven, 2.5-hour sessions over 9 months, for 17.5 hours -3 group coaching sessions (60 minutes each) -Practice-based, collaborative learning -Topics: Leadership Vision & Goals, Conditions for Effective Teams, Facilitative Leadership, Navigating Tricky Conversations, and Adaptive Leadership
