Overview
The recipient of this credential has completed 10 modules of facilitated learning within an organisational environment delivered by Bulletproof Performance.
With 40 hours of contact time delivered over 5 months, each module includes and introductory and debrief session and has:
A review of the previous session, with participants undertaking a ‘what’s working and what is not’ activity
A teaching component of the topics covered
Interactive or reflective activities
Forward planning and goal setting for the month ahead related to the topics covered
Assessable components for the facilitator to monitor and assess
Through this program the recipient has been verified to have the shown competency in the following human capabilities as outlined in the Earning Criteria at a Level 2:
