Earners of the Leadership Essentials I Badge have completed four to six LEADx management courses. These courses may include skills such as Effective Feedback, Emotional Intelligence, and GROW Coaching. Earners develop self-awareness and confidence in their ability to coach for improved performance, delegate, and build relationships with team members.
