This badge recognizes successful completion of Leadership Geauga's Signature Adult Program, a 10-month leadership development experience designed to cultivate informed, engaged, and connected community leaders. Participants completed the DiSC behavioral assessment, explored organizations and services throughout Geauga County, gained a deeper understanding of local opportunities and challenges, and built meaningful relationships with fellow class members and community leaders. www.leadershipgeauga.org
