Description

Judges that evaluated written business plans attended a formal training, and were issued a minimum of three plans to read and evaluate. Following the criteria and rubric, judges read and scored their plans. This was phase 1 in a two part competition where winning teams were awarded cash start up funds based on plans and pitches - each weighted at 50% of final score.
