Project Module 0 includes an overall introduction to work in projects at Everllence. The course is in order to align perception, metrics and of creating values in projects as a project participant.

With this course, it is possible to contribute on the five (5) key elements of projects;

• Set of objectives (breaking down goals into deliverables)
• Stakeholder (importance of stakeholders)
• Triple constraint (importance of prioritization)
• Risks in projects (What is risk and mitigation)
• Milestone planning (How to create a project plan)

Furthermore, the participant knows how to interact with the project manager and understand projects roles, responsibilities and why we do projects in the context of participating in projects.
