This MBB curriculum prepares certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to lead complex enterprise-wide projects, develop the technical and process excellence skills to lead leaders, and support organizational transformation at the executive level. Certification requires candidates to showcase their leadership and critical thinking by presenting a project portfolio comprised of 5 complex projects and 10 examples of coaching. Additional requirements include online coursework, in-person classes, two exams, and a presentation/publication to an external audience.
