RADical Health Program Guide
RADical Health is a four-week, evidence-based experience that equips young adults with tools to stay well, build resilience, and cope before reaching a crisis point. Created in response to rising anxiety, stress, and depression, the program supports participants’ mental, physical, and emotional health.
With support from trained peer Guides, participants meet in small groups once a week to explore four core themes: principles and priorities, building resilience, strengthening emotional intelligence, and identifying next steps. The program is designed to help students engage in college life, connect with peers, and develop proven stress management habits.
Following its 2020 pilot with NYU and other schools, RADical Health has expanded nationally to more than 100 partners and 29,000 participants.
