In order to receive this certificate, participants must successfully complete various projects, both internal and external. This process takes at least 4 months. At the end, their work is evaluated by a board of experienced members of our organization, and upon satisfying all requirements with high-quality standards, they are granted this certificate. Furthermore, they have acquired the 'Certified Junior Consultant' certificate in order to qualify for this certificate. As a result of this training, each graduate deepens their skills in project management, quality management, presentation techniques, etc., as well as a range of specialized skills that depend on the specific projects they have worked on. These skills can include everything from financial controlling to design and programming.

Earning Criteria
Participation
Participants must have successfully completed at least one additional training session to deepen their skills in a given area. These trainings can be either internal or external, as long as they are determined to be sufficient in broadening the participant's skills.
Other
Participants must successfully complete at least 80 hours of project work with both external customers and internal stakeholders. The success of their work is evaluated by experienced members.

Participants must also attend 80 percent of the meetings held by experienced members.

They must also attend at least 18 syncs across our departments and participate in internal tasks. These 6 departments include Customer Acquisition, Marketing, Human Resources, Quality Management, Finance and Law, and Information Technology.

Participants must demonstrate particular commitment in the Customer Acquisition department and have contributed to at least 5 major tasks there.

Participants must attend and successfully complete 5 team events. These include team-building activities, workshops with our corporate partners, or training sessions.

Participants must have been actively involved as a Certified Junior Consultant at consult.IN for at least 4 months. To determine whether someone was active or passive, the work they completed, either internally or externally, is used as the basis.
