The HACCP MS 1480:2025 Implementation Training is a comprehensive, competency-based programme designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system in accordance with MS 1480:2025 – Food Safety According to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System. The programme provides participants with a thorough understanding of the HACCP principles, prerequisite programmes (PRPs), hazard identification and risk assessment, determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs), validation and verification activities, documentation requirements, and continual improvement. Emphasis is placed on practical implementation to enable organisations to establish an effective food safety management system that complies with Malaysian regulatory requirements and internationally recognised food safety practices.
