Description

In order to receive this certificate, participants must pass a series of tests, including an initial screening, an assessment center, and both internal and external projects. During the approximately 8-week period, participants are sorted into different teams and tasked with various real-life projects, often working closely with customers. At the end, their work is evaluated by a board of experienced members of our organization, and upon satisfying all requirements with high-quality standards, they are granted this certificate. As a result of this training, each graduate acquires skills in project management, quality management, presentation techniques, etc., as well as a range of specialized skills that depend on the specific projects they have worked on. These skills can include everything from financial controlling to design and programming.

Earning Criteria

Assignment

Participants must pass both a screening and an assessment center, during which their logical, linguistic, and social skills are tested, and their qualifications are reviewed.

Assignment

Participants must have successfully completed a series of training sessions. These include, among others, training in quality management, presentation techniques, finance and law, and project management.

Other

Participants must successfully complete at least 56 hours of project work with both external customers and internal stakeholders. The success of their work is evaluated by experienced members.

Participants must also attend 70 percent of the meetings held by experienced members.

Participation

They must also attend at least 6 syncs across our departments and participate in internal tasks. These 6 departments include Customer Acquisition, Marketing, Human Resources, Quality Management, Finance and Law, and Information Technology.

Participation

Participants must demonstrate particular commitment in the Customer Acquisition department and have contributed to at least 2 major tasks there.

Participation

Participants must attend and successfully complete 2 team events. These include team-building activities, workshops with our corporate partners, or training sessions.
