Through strengths-based self-awareness, effective team norms, SMART goal-setting, individual development planning and Leading with Agility, participants learn to adapt their leadership approach based on Patrick Lencioni's 5 characteristics of high performance teams, to the needs of different people and situations. They then apply their learning through booster workshops, immersive business simulations and leadership masterclasses. This badge recognises a commitment to continuous growth, adaptable leadership, stronger teamwork and the delivery of sustainable people and business outcomes.
