RPS LEAD develops Richmond Public School (RPS) Assistant Principals and new to the role Principals (in years 1-3). Cohort members will grow their leadership skills to notice and disrupt racist practices in themselves, others, and their schools and inspire their teams to drive results for students. Activities included:
-8 Full Day Sessions
-7 Virtual “Learning Teams” Collaboratives
-Yearlong Leadership Vision assignment to create results for students.
