Programme Completion: Successful completion of the Programme comprising 360+ hours of integrated theoretical instruction, practical coaching training, professional mentoring, and independent study. Minimum attendance requirement: 75% of all scheduled programme hours.

Assignment

Coaching Competencies & Ethics Assignments: Successful completion of written assignments on professional coaching competencies and ethical practice, aligned with ICF, EMCC and Association for Coaching competency frameworks and codes of ethics. The assignment must be completed and passed at 100%.

Participation

Practical Assessment: Demonstration of practical coaching competencies throughout the programme observed within the peer-coaching sessions, and live supervised sessions assessed by the Faculty against ICF, EMCC and Association for Coaching professional standards. Minimum passing score: 75%.

Participation

Supervised Coaching Practice: Minimum 2 real-time coaching sessions with real clients, conducted under direct observation and analysis by programme faculty and observed by the class. Both supervised sessions must be completed and passed at 100%.

Study case: Submission & approval of a study case based on minimum 4 coaching sessions with real client, regarding EdAlt Institute's Leadership as a MetaCompetence Methodology, together with the Leadership & Executive Coaching Iserve Framework

Assignment

Final Dissertation: Submission and approval of a final dissertation paper presenting the candidate's own perspective on the coaching profession, incorporating reflective practice, critical analysis, and future directions as a professional coach. The assignment must be defended in class in the examination session. Must be completed and passed at 100%.

Test

Knowledge Assessment: Passing a comprehensive written examination including multiple-choice questions and case study analysis, covering coaching theory, methodology, and applied practice. Minimum passing score: 75%.
