Graduates of this program have completed a 3.5 hour learning experience that explores their unique talents and strengths using the CliftonStrengths assessment tool. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Elevate Strengths led this individual through a series of conversations and exercises to create personalized talent and strengths 'snapshots' to help them focus their development and unleash performance excellence.
