This hands-on workshop guided participants through building and deploying a scalable chatbot system using Microsoft Azure and Terraform. Participants learned how to architect a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system integrated with cloud infrastructure. The session covered Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and data persistence using Cosmos DB. By the end of the workshop, participants successfully deployed a live chatbot with a fully functional backend, gaining practical experience in DevOps and cloud-based AI systems.
