Description

This workshop connects publication-quality clinical figures with interactive tools for exploring clinical data. Participants first use ggplot2 to develop static visualizations, considering colour, typography, scales, faceting, and annotations while organizing reusable plotting code. The second part extends those figures with plotly and brings them into a Shiny dashboard. Guided exercises illustrate how filters and subject or parameter searches can support more focused data exploration. The session follows the progression from a carefully designed figure to an interactive application, providing a reusable approach to consistent graphics and lightweight dashboards for clinical analysis and review.
